  Would highly recommend using this charter. The value of the trip was a huge highlight. Captain was very friendly and wasted no time getting lines in the water(only about 10 minutes). Once the lines were in the water it only took about 30 minutes to get the first fish on, unfortunately it was lost right at the boat but that was all on me as someone new to sportfishing. Luckily later in the trip I was able to get a trophy mahi mahi in the boat. I enjoyed the personalized trip too, the captain asked what I wanted to fish for and thats what we targeted. If Im ever back in Cabo this will be the company I use.

  Fun day on the ocean!

  Half Day Trip on December 30, 2025 • 3 adults

  We decided to try our hand at Marlin, and after spotting some, having some excitement chasing them with a bunch of other boats around us, we sadly didn't grab any. some days are good some days are bad. That's why it's fishing! However, after striking out with Marlon our captain then took us over to shore and we pulled in rooster and needlefish. super fun trip. some information for people doing this for the first time: there's a station at the marina number 5, and it's a little confusing. nobody seems to be able to tell you where to go, but if you go to that gate and ask for your Captain by name someone should be able to direct you. the 23-ft boats are small enough that there isn't really a bathroom, so prepare for that. bring some snacks, and if you're looking for a more corporate environment this probably isn't for you. You will buy live bait once you're on the boat and in the ocean. another boat will come up and get it to you, so plan ahead and bring cash. also cash for tip. we put both our boating experience and the fishing licenses on the credit card, which was pretty easy but you'll want cash for the rest. there is a fee for putting it on the card, so if you can pay in all cash that would be a great option too. have an idea of what kind of fish you'd like to go for before you get there, our captain wasn't very helpful on what was biting, just said everyday is different. so they're going to let you lead so have an idea of what you want. Even the small fish are big! We did the sunrise half day, and just going out on the ocean at that time of day was gorgeous. also even in in a little bit of choppy seeds with not a ton of sun it wasn't very cold And we were good in shorts and tennis shoes all day. really you can wear whatever shoes you want on the boat, flip flops and Crocs and tennis shoes were on our feet.

  Catching Marlin in Cabo!

  Absolutely great day out! We did a 5 hour afternoon trip and it was beautiful weather. The skipper, Alvaro really knows his stuff. It was very exiting to see when the schools come around and the marlin are there. A few boats get thrrr to through the lures or live bait in. We got one on and it was a massive battle the marlin just keep taking line, I kept going and as time went on the fish began to tire and we got it up on boat. His guess was it’s about a 140 pound marlin. I was so stoked! Big moment in my life. Thank you Cabo mahi mahi for a great experience. Cheers Aussie Tim

  One of my best trips ever

  Half-Day Fishing in Afternoon 1pm on October 13, 2026 • 2 adults

   great captain, I guided for 20 years myself in Alaska. I could tell this captain was a real fisherman. We went on a half day in the afternoon because we were on a cruise ship. we got one marlin that took about an hour to bring in about 8 feet.
