We had an awesome trip and between the 3 of us, we caught almost 40 fish.  Capt Bobby put us on the fish immediately and we were all catching 2 at a time.  It was alot of fun. Bobby listened to what we wanted to fish for and was great and very personable.  We were so tired at the end of day from catching so many fish.  It was the highlight of our vacation.  My only suggestion is we wished we had gotten a final count of what species was caught and had this marked on the storage bags of fish we took home.  We’re not sure what we are eating. It was a fantastic experience!! Highly recommend!!!

From the moment I booked this trip for my husband, son and I it was a phenomenal experience. My husband and I grew up fishing the lakes and rivers of TX, and TN so ocean fishing was brand new to us. Captain Shaun was extremely helpful answering my 5,000 questions via fishing booker and responded right away. When I was concerned about weather that was moving in for the day of our trip he offered to reschedule it for another day no problem. Captain Bobby actually ended up taking us out and was RAD! He had us on fish the entire day! Within a minute of putting lines in the water they were catching fish. I have medical conditions that prevented me from fishing myself so I brought along my seat pad and was quite comfortable on a cooler at the back of the boat where I could see all the action and take in the beautiful surroundings. There is a large cabin with a table and 2 more seats, and even a bunk to lie down if I needed to. It was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Any question you have he can answer. We ended up taking home a ton of delicious fish including rock fish, white fish, blue perch, and sheephead. I didn’t even know what sheephead was but after Captain Bobby explained what it eats on and tastes like I’m extremely excited to eat it! We did the 9 hour coastline charter and honestly we could have spent another 9 hours on the water. We will definitely be fishing with Peclican again! Thanks for the amazing memories Captain Bobby!

An amazing trip! Captain Bobby could not have been better. My wife, myself, and our kids (7 and 6) are novice fishers at best and he made sure everything was taken care of. It was truly a full service fishing trip and we had a blast the whole time! And as a bonus, Captain Bobby put us amongst a huge school/pod of dolphins who swam next to our boat! This fishing trip was the highlight of our vacation and we would recommend Pelican Sportfishing to any level of fishermen seeking small or large game. For families, they are absolutely child/family friendly and we all left with great stores to tell friends!

This was our first time offshore fishing and we were very nervous.  I can’t recommend this charter enough. We had Captain Bobby and he is the best! That’s all he does and loves is fish. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced, He goes at your speed and has the enthusiasm to take the trip to another level. Captain Bobby was great. Got us set up and ready to go very quickly. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. Since two of our group hadn’t done much fishing before the patience was very appreciated. I would definitely book with him again.
