- Captain Craig has been on the water since he was old enough to hold a rod. A lover of the outdoors and of the water as a little boy, his passion remains as strong to this day. With over 20 years of experience in Grand Isle (15 of which have been running charters), he knows all the estuaries and will show every customer each and every nook and cranny of these productive shallow waters. Capt. Craig especially enjoys teaching children how to fish, and says there's nothing like seeing the expression on a child's face when they first reel in a fish.
