This trip was to introduce my 13-year-old grandson to saltwater fishing. Captain Todd knew this and instantly took my grandson under his wing, explaining the how and why of everything we/he was doing. From how to set the different lines, check for grass on the line and how to unhook the fish and then let him do it as he coached him. My grandson can’t stop talking about the trip which is exactly what I had hoped for.

If you’re a seasoned fisherman or want to do what I did with your family, Captain Todd is your man. He’s been doing this for 19 years and knows the area and where the fish should be. Rember, it’s fishing and sometimes the fish don’t cooperate. BTW, we caught plenty of fish. Icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend captain Todd to anyone who is looking for a good time on the water. Already planning something for the fall.

We did a 3 hour fishing trip with Captain Todd, if there were 20 stars I would give him that. He was patient explained things well and kept moving us around to try and catch fish. If you are in Virginia Beach and looking to go fishing I would highly recommended Captain Todd. He is extremely knowledgeable and just makes the fishing trip fun. I can’t say enough good things about him and the fishing experience.

We had a wonderful time.  Captain Todd actually called us himself to confirm charter and made sure we knew where and what we were doing.  Very professional and takes pride in his work and his boat.  Friendly and down to earth.  Very informative on what to do to possibly help with catching the fish in the location we were at. We both caught plenty of fish and had a wonderful time. Very relaxing.  He also filleted the fish that we got to keep. Will definitely be booking another trip with him when we go back to VA beach.  It was an awesome experience.
