- For over 45 years Captain Frank Stephenson has been fishing, both saltwater and fresh. Once he retired, he decided to dedicate his time fully to the sport. For Capt. Frank, fishing is a lifestyle. He loves everything to do with fishing, from catching them to cooking them---he'll be glad to share recipes and cooking techniques. Sharing the experience with his customers and seeing them enjoy themselves is his favorite thing. Capt. - I like to tailor trips as closely as possible to what clients most prefer, whether it's fishing inshore or offshore or not fishing at all. Many of my clients simply enjoy touring our beautiful coast, seeing areas that even locals rarely see and coming home with happy memories and memorable photographs.
