Had a great day on the water with the captain. We hired him to show us the minocqua chain of lakes and he did just that. The captain knew we were there with our own boat and had a couple more days to fish. He didn’t hesitate to show us spots even if we were unable to fish them that day. I would certainly recommend his services.

Captain Pat was absolutely perfect! Boat had plenty of room for 4 big guys comfortably! He put us on fish instantly and kept moving to other spots when things slowed down. Pat was a GREAT conversation piece that kept the 9 hour day even better. Brought home 28 fat crappie and had a monster pike lost in the net. Even bagged a nice walleye! We’ll be booking him again next year!

No one can predict the weather, and our morning was a little rough. It got really windy, with rain coming down sideways. Pat’s first spot was good for fish…but bad for the wind and rain that was hitting us. He pulled us out of there, and found us a spot where the wind wasn’t as much a factor, and put us on more of the fish. He knew the spots, and what the smallmouth bass and walleye were biting on. Captain and his son had everything set up before we got there and they supplied us with everything we needed! We were able to get on some fish and had a great time!

Pat is a great guide.  Knows the area and his craft like a pro.  Would highly recommend for any fishing season.
