The boat and equipment on this boat is a 10 out of 5 stars. The boat is very clean and very equipped for all sorts of fish. Captain Red is an awesome and very personable guy! He knows his fishing very well and can tell some awesome stories! The mates were very nice guys, however they were inexperienced which is fine you have to start somewhere, both of them had been doing it for about 2 weeks which is why I give the crew a 4 stars. Captain Red did tell me on the phone prior to the booking of the trip for our honeymoon that fishing had been very slow. That being said we only caught 1 fish thus the 4 star on the overall. This however has nothing to do with Red as he can not control the fish contrary to some of the others review. I know for a fact that if I were going back down to St. Thomas for a fishing trip knowing the fish were biting, there would be no other person I would want guiding me on the trip! Maybe by that point the mates will be more experienced (it is hard to get experience in on a fishing boat when there are no fish biting). Thanks Red, and I hope our paths cross again someday!

Capt Red and his crew were fantastic. Great time had by all

Captain and crew went above and beyond. We caught several giant wahoo and the captain kept us on the fish as long as possible. The 1st mate was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend booking a charter.

Capt Red made our day fun & memorable- he and Donovan were so kind & very knowledgeable, absolute experts & well respected in the industry. We can’t wait to come back to schedule a full day trip with them again soon!

I don’t think my review can do it justice.  Captain Red put us on some fish, but this trip was filled with so much more.  There is something to be said for someone that has 50 years in on the water.  The conversation and insight were worth the price of the charter alone.  Top that off with wahoo on the line and the trip was perfect.  Captain Red has what so many lack in today’s day and age, character. Heart and character for days.  We can’t recommend him enough, truly the best the island has to offer!
