What an amazing experience for our 9th anniversary! Austin and Calvin were so accommodating and kind. They were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions about fishing and the marine life. My wife wanted to catch a barracuda and the fellas made it happen. We had a good time catching fish and enjoyed our trip to an island to cool off in the beautiful waters. The laid back environment they facilitated made for such a relaxing time for us. The boat was really clean and well taken care of.  This was our first time deep sea fishing and we are so thankful we booked with Hillbilly Hookers. We are already planning to book again for the day at Dry Tortugas.

We had a really great time for six hours riding on the hillbilly hookers. Captain, Andy and his son were great. Anytime we were out of bait on my hook, they were immediately there to put another bait on. Very helpful and enjoyable. Definitely going to cook again if we do this again next year. My 16 year old son, my 14 year old daughter, my 12 year old son, and my 10 year old son had an awesome time. My 12 year old is now obsessed with fishing. We didn’t even go to dinner tonight after the trip because he wanted to fish from the shore with the extra bait that was left over the captain gave to us.

We had an amazing time on the Hillbilly Hooker charter. Andrew the Captain was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped the kids and myself every step of the way. His mate, which happened to be his son made the kids feel right at home and they are still in contact with each other today. They not only put us on the fish, but we caught our limit before 1pm so they took us to a sandbar where we we were able to swim and relax. We liked them so much we tried to book another teip with them two days later but they were already booked. I would recommend the Hillbilly Hooker charter to the experinced anglers as well as ones that have children just learning to fish. Thank you Andrew and Calvin for a great fishing trip.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Tortugas and beyond with Andrew and his first mate Cal. It was a full day customized adventure. First stop was Dry Tortugas with Andrew as our personal tour guide before the crowd of tourists from ferries got there. It was an awesome tour. Then, to make my daughter happy his next stop was at a reef so we could all snorkel and see some pretty amazing fish. Then we bottom fished (caught a hug grouper and yellow jack) on the way to mahi fish (caught 40!!!!) It was definitely the highlight of our entire Key West trip. We would all highly recommend Hillbilly Hookers for anyone wanting to have a fun day catching fish.
