We are a family of 5 that had very little fishing experience.  Captain Lori and Randy made our trip one that we will remember. We did the 4 hour combo trip with fishing and snorkeling. We had a great time doing both activities and would recommend Island Girl charters to anyone looking for a great day on the water. My wife somehow lost her flip flop overboard and captain Lori was able to track it done and retrieve it for her, great job and thank you.

Good conversation and great fishing

It was an amazing experience!!! The people manning the boat were super kind, supportive, and just fun to be around! They taught us how to do boat fishing, how they chum, and it was a new experience, plus boat fishing is way different from shoreline fishing it turns out. Then the snorkeling was awesome, getting to swim around the nice ocean water was just relaxing as well as fun. Highly recommend going, you’ll have nothing but fun, especially if a fan of fishing, the ocean, and people.

My grandson caught his first mahi-mahi. He caught a total of six mahi of which three were legal size. Kudos to Captain Lori and her first mate Ian for doing a fantastic job before my grandson got nauseous and I asked Lori to take us back. This was my second trip in three days with Captain Lori and I can’t say enough of her friendliness and professionalism. If you need a charter in Marathon call Island Girl Charters.
