The brothers duo of Dan and Bob have to be some of the most dedicated and passionate fishermen I’ve ever been in contact with. The heart and drive to provide a 100% fun filled experience is unquestionable to any possible charter that we’ve had in Michigan thus far NO question. Fish bite when they want to and these two made the trip the most memorable time.. almost as good as the catch!
We booked an evening trip and as soon as the sun was setting the hard work of the crew paid off. Six reels went off at the same time and we all worked fantastic as a team. At the end of the day we racked out 2 Master Anglers and two more for the freezer. Once I have the opportunity again I’ll book another charter with Hooked Up before any other charter hands down!

Capt. Dan did a great job working with our schedule to get us on the meat! Unpretentious, knowledgeable, and all around good folk, Capt Dan and Bobby gave us an exceptional day of fishing! Although the bite slowed down a bit after the sun came up and the moon went down, we landed 3 out of 4 salmon with one beast of a King Salmon at 24.5 pounds, another King at 20 pounds, and a beautiful Coho! FYI, on this day most other charters had a hard time finding any fish with some getting skunked. Fishing is fishing after all.

We caught a king and a coho, well worth it and Captain Dan and his son were working hard to deliver fish

Dan and Ryan did a fabulous job taking us out for a half day charter in some rough Lake Michigan waters… husband was able to reel in a 10 pound coho! He had a great time - which was the goal as it was my birthday gift to him. Thanks Dan and Ryan!!
