First of all it was amazing trip ! There are four of us from New York , who likes travel and fishing in different states . The next our idea was to caught huge catfish in South Caroline.
We contact Captain Mark and was very lucky. Professional, responsible,communicative , delicate, diplomatic ,  well informed about almost everything, which can be interested to clients. The atmosphere on the boat is very friendly and everybody had feelings of relaxation due to confidence in Captain Mark . His great professional skills were seen in every step. Preparation of numerous rigs, baits , driving the boat , easy explanation of every issue, which were point of our interest . The result was impressive . We caught ( as he promised) huge catfish (About 47Lb)! After taking pictures we released fish.
  Its Pet Friendly Boat BTW and Daisey ( Captain’s pet) was one of the member of our team at that day and may be was responsible for our safety during trip :)
  There were many others catfishes , which we caught and
it was really perfect . Nice weather, quit lake , launch of Space X (!) which was well seen in dark sky , where show to us Captain Mark.

We’ve had numerous guided trips before and Captain Mark is by far the best. Before the trip he was very responsive and communicative, which made our trip preparation easy and stress free. He was prepared for the trip as he was there early, already having caught fresh bait, with numerous rigs already setup, and was sitting on his boat waiting on us to arrive. He was knowledgeable about the lake and the habits and tendencies of the fish - he knew where to be. Beyond all that he was friendly and very helpful. He ensured we all had a good time. He always assisted us when we got hung up and he even told us where his favorite stump on Santee is!!! It was easy to tell that Captain Mark is passionate about fishing and that he genuinely wanted us to catch fish and have a good time. He stayed later than scheduled to ensure we were able to go home with cleaned fish. From start to finish Captain Mark ran a first class experience. We had a great trip because Captain Mark is a great guide - can’t recommend him strongly enough.

Mark was great, well pleased. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Caught a lot of fish.
