- My grandfather was a fishing guide for 30 years along the coastal bend and had fished it for 40 years. He took me fishing all the time and I loved it. After he retired I acquired my captain's license and decided to teach people how to fish the same way my grandpa had taught me. I enjoy croaker fishing for Trout just because it's much tougher than the other types of fishing we do in the bay. Catching Redfish on dead bait is my second favorite type of fishing just because even rat Reds put up a massive fight!
