We had a blast fishing with John. Caught a lot of fish. Felt like we were reeling them up all afternoon. We caught a ton of Red Snapper, but being out of season, couldn’t keep them. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be doing it again, and with John if here. Great Capt, great boat, great day.

We had a great time with Captain John! His boat is nice and clean, he played great music on the ride out and accommodated the kind of fishing we were wanting to do. We caught enough mangrove and vermilion snapper to feed the family and a dozen red snapper that we threw back because they aren’t yet in season. We also saw a number of dolphins, a huge sea turtle, a shark and some flying fish. It was a successful fishing trip and a great morning all around!

Captain John and first mate Hunter were excellent we had some slightly rough weather but the captain was very communicative with us and very knowledgeable about how much rough riding we could handle as a group relatively new to rough water. We caught plenty enough fish to feed everyone who wanted fresh fish. I will say we heard a lot of radio chatter about struggling to catch fish but while with captain John we where constantly getting bites we struggled getting hooked up due to inexperience but John was great with my 10yr old they both enjoyed ribbing me about missing alot of fish definitely plan on enjoying another day out on the water with these fine young men!!

We had a blast!!!  My sea legs never made it in this outing, but Captain John still made this fun for all of us, especially my wife and kids!  We started out hitting a spot to catch Amber Jack.  My wife was first up followed by my son (10 years old).  They absolutely loved the fight those fish put up.  This was perfect to get us excited early on!  That is when we realized the medicine was not going to work for me and were going to stay out until my daughter (7 years old) felt nauseated.  Captain John has a great personality and constantly checked to see how my daughter and myself were faring.  He made the trip an awesome experience for my kids and us!  We highly recommend booking with Reel Therapy Charters and Captain John.  Great guy, great time and great experience!!!

Had a great trip. Got the limit on vermillion snappers in just 1 ¹/² hours.  Even thi John hates trigger fishing he still looks and let us fish for them by my request.  Then came inshore and fished for Spanish. Over all great trip
