This is our third trip with Herb, and once again it did not disappoint. We caught several sharks. Two were rather large and we broke the pole trying to reel one in it was so large. Herb is always down for great conversation, tips for things to try around the island, and is a great teacher.. the boat is clean, he brings all the equipment and bait, and had plenty of beverages for everyone. We will definitely be back out with him next year!

We had a great trip! Fishing was a little slow but Capt Herb worked hard to make sure we caught fish Caught a GIANT 41 inch red fish and a shark that was almost 4ft!! My 14 year old granddaughter caught the shark and Capt Herb was great coaching her for a successful landing. Gave us some great info on the area in addition to explaining his plan on catching fish. Would highly recommend   As a bonus saw several dolphins!!

Fishing with Herb was great. In our group we had 2 moms and 2 boys, 12 and 9.  Herb was fantastic and helped our boys reel in some nice sharks.  Herb is knowledgeable on fishing and the area. He catered to us and our boys to make it a great fishing trip.  Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend a fishing trip with Herb. Absolutely amazing with kids. We will definitely book again when visiting Hilton Head.

This was our first inshore fishing trip and it was an awesome memory we’ll never forget!! Herb our guide was very knowledgeable & educated us on types of fish & the surrounding ecosystem! He took us to several different fishing spots so we could experience the best chance of catching a shark. We each caught a shark!!! We are already planning another trip with Herb on our next trip to HH!! Highly recommend!!!

My biggest points I wanted to make in this post is that Herb (the captain) is great. Second is that he tried to catch us anything. We had a very slow day and that happens in fishing but Herb did everything he could do as a captain to give us the best shot to catch a fish. I highly suggest this charter. Herb’s experience and effort showed and something I have seen other charters lack.
