This is my second year in a row fishing with this boat/crew, and I can’t say enough about them. The captain is very responsive to messages. Most boats in Cozumel ask you to meet at the marina… they picked me up at the dock of my resort. That’s huge. I’ve been on boats where the crew didn’t say a word the whole trip. These guys talking about our techniques, where we were going, and what we were fishing for- very personable. They had a cooler full of food, including fresh fruit and great sandwiches. They also had a cooler of beer, soft drinks, and water. We got 7 mahi in 6 hours of fishing. I talked to two other guys at the resort who went out in different boats and got 1 or 2 all day. So these guys also put you on the fish. They cleaned the fish and took photos for us. When we come back, I’ll book with them a 3rd time!

You start trolling for fish as soon as you are out of the harbor. The Maui Maui and huge wahoo get on the hook in no time. The crew worked constantly to keep us with lines in the water. We caught a good amount of fish for our dinner that night. It fed 16 of us with very good portions. The crew was great and the boat was ideal for us 8 guys. Thanks so much and hope to hop back on board again. The weather had been very windy the previous two days so we were fortunate to get on out on the water. Also, the owner responds very quickly to my questions and requests.  Thanks again so much!

After a week of cold weather and storms, we started out trolling for wahoo and Mahi in deep water. After a couple hours the captain suggested trolling in shallow 400 ft for Mahi and Baracuda, to no avail. The crew then suggested that we switch to bottom fishing where we ended up catching 52 fish in the last 90 min! We were the only boat that caught fish when we returned to the marina! The crew worked very hard while trolling to get us on fish. Changing baits every few minutes.  My children had a great time, and I was very impressed by our crew. I’ll definitely hire them again next time I’m in Cozumel!  From the second I messaged Pedro prior to booking, I was extremely happy with the hospitality and communication!  10 out of 10! Had excellent time on the Grand Slam charter. Caught three fish a barracuda and 2 huge snapper all great size and the cleaned the fish and told me where they would cook the fish at a restaurant. They got me on the fish and told me where I had more chance to catch the fish and gave me options. That also had snakes and drinks for me as well. Afordable for the trip and the service had a great time I would definitely book with them again. Thanks guys! Also don’t for get to tip the guys for there excellent service. Next time I will book a whole day.

Had a memorable time fishing with the crew of the “Grand Slam”. Went out in the am for 6 hrs. And in a short time the fish were biting. Caught a total of 11 fish. Four Barracuda’s, one being about 20 lbs. Seven Red Snapper, between 16 to 25 lbs. The total weight of Red Snapper was easily over 100 lbs. I have to say the crew of Augusto, Miguel and Victor did such a great job! They’re out to make your fishing trip as successful as possible. Definitely a class act and a crew I’d like to fish with in the future!
