We had a great experience during our trip with the Grand Slam and crew. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did all they could in their power to put us on some fish, but as fishing goes, there are good and bad days. We just couldn’t get the fish to bite, but that is fishing. I would highly recommend using this boat and crew, as they will do all that they can to try to help you catch fish during your trip. They will constantly change baits, check on baits, etc. We were able to pull in one mahi mahi, but still had an enjoyable trip.

I only rated a 3 is not anything anyone did or equipment or boat.  It was a very windy day so the sea was really choppy. The guys worked extremely hard to satisfy but there just wasn’t any fish. The other boats didn’t catch any either. We did however leave with a blackfin tuna. Thank you for the first time experience Augusta and Victor.

Thank you Karen,

It was a very windy day…....and yes, when you go out fishing there’s never the certainty of catching fish, just hard work and experience to increase the probabilities and make the best out of each chance.

Hope to see you back to give it another try, billfish season is starting, we just need to wait for a less windy day to get to those fishing grounds.

Best regards
