Captain Al hosted my most enjoyable fishing trip off LBI and one of my most enjoyable ever. I arrived 1/2 hour early and Captain Al was ready to go. Very relaxed, he explained his plan for our outing, all subject to change of course. The winds started out a little strong, but he kept the ride very smooth and we were fishing very quickly. I caught my limit   quickly, so we were catch and release for almost triple the limit of blues. Lots of fluke too, but nothing I wanted to harvest. We shared some very interesting conversation about fishing, the environment, antique cars, and of course my favorites, scotch and good cigars. Needless to say, Captain Al is a very knowledgeable man on a lot of subjects, even when the fish are biting. I wad very impressed on my 1st trip with Captain Al and will definitely be back fir many trips to come.

What an amazing trip with Captain Alan!!  Not only did he put us on a ton of fluke, including 3 keepers (plus one monster that got away), but he was so much fun and made me and my sons feel very welcome on his boat. 

Great day and looking forward to fishing with him again!!

Good captain that knows his stuff. Easy to talk to and get along with. Did his best to keep us on the fish and everywhere we went we got bites at the least.

Great day out, but unfortunately stripers weren’t running.  But we will be back!
