Captain Cachas was great!.  He met us at the dock and was sure we were on the water at our start time.  He engaged with my 9 year old son while also subtly preparing him that sometimes you get “skunked.”  But within 5 minutes of trolling we caught our first baracuda, and then soon after a small Tuna. This is actually the type of catch he prepared me for during our communications before the trip. We then hit a lull so he tried to mix it up and look for trigger fish, when that didn’t work we went back to trolling and caught a big barracuda and then three more small tuna.  ALl the while he was engaging, talked to us about the island, adn taught us about fishing the island. 

The kicker is as we came in we discovered basically every other boat was skunked that day.  they were bigger with multiple crew members, but that didn’t translate to much for their customers that day.  We come every two years and I will definitely be booking again with Captain Cachas and I already recommended him to two people staying at our resort.

My son and I had a great afternoon fishing and swimming with stingrays. We wanted to fish tarpon and also go swimming with stingrays. While not one of the usual combo packages he offers, Capt. C., had no problem accomodating our request. His fishing skills are only matched by his wonderful personality.!

We had an amazing time with Jan Bliss Charters.  Fishing was great.  Guide was extremely helpful.  Super fun!

There were 4 of us on this am 6 hr trip.  It was great because we got to experience fishing, diving down for conch/ lobster, snorkeling and sting ray city.  Something each person wanted to do.  Our captain was great and a local.  I would recommend booking this trip.  We grilled up our fish and lobster for dinner when we got back.  It was delicious!  Thanks for a great day out on the water!!!
