Captain Roland is definitely an expert of the area. He knew all the best spots to take us so that we’d catch fish. The time of the year we were here, we caught snook, snapper, & Jack Crevalle. He gave the boys tips as we went so they’d catch more or just get better at fishing. Captain Roland is personable & helpful. Our half day went so fast! It was our first time fishing in FL waters and Captain Roland made sure it won’t be our last! He was ready to go when we arrived having already filled up the live bait well. Our party included our 81 year old father and teenaged sons, and Roland was able to tend to all of our needs. i was worried about 4 hours being enough but we were quick to get on fish and when the bites slowed we moved on to other sites fast. Great experience for the family, will definitely return to book again with Day Shape Charters!

My boyfriend and I booked this charter and honestly didn’t know what to expect since neither of us had done it before and it was absolutely amazing! It was a slower day according to captain Roland but we were still catching way more fish than we ever expected! Captain Roland was great, he was super knowledgeable and patient with both of us and had a great attitude. We will definitely be back!!

Everything about this trip was great.  Capt. Roland is a ton of fun.  He put us on the fish.  I wanted Spanish Mackerel for dinner and he delivered!  He had a ton of interesting stuff to teach us about the local area and local water while we were fishing.  Very professional.  Very prompt to communicate.  Highly recommend!
