Our goal at Hook’N Up Sport Fishing is to meet or exceed all our customers expectations. Sometimes things aren’t always as they appear, for our captain was on a new medication that affected him adversely. This problem has been corrected and is no longer an issue. In order to maintain the highest level of safety, our first mate took over the helm. He is also a fully licensed captain and not at any time was the charter safety jeopardized. We apologize for any inconvenience and we offer a 50% discount on customers next fishing trip. Like I mentioned, our goal is 100% satisfaction with all our charters. Our captains and first mates are very seasoned in catching fish but sometimes mother nature does not always cooperate, that’s why we call it fishing and not catching!i

Fabian, we apologize that you were not able to catch the amount of fish that you anticipated. Sometimes mother nature does not like to accommodate us, therefore why it’s called fishing and not catching. We apologize at Hook’N Up Sport Fishing for your less than stellar experience. Large sport fishing vessels are mechanical pieces of equipment that occasionally break down. Our top priority is always customer safety and since we pay for towing services, we had them assist backing us into our slip because of heavy tide current flows. We always had control of our vessel with one of the 600 hp diesel continuing to operate. Our skipper also gave the customer a 50% off coupon for his next sport fishing trip. We appreciate everyone of our customers and will continue to provide the highest level of sport fishing entertainment in all of Florida.
