Ben, I’m sorry that you didn’t have a stellar experience that you were expecting. Unfortunately, sometimes mother nature does not cooperate. I know we had live bait for you and went kite fishing
and did everything we could to get mother nature to cooperate. Some days are just not stellar fishing days. You also admitted that we got four out of five on everything else in our rating from you.  I would’ve thought a five out of five rating would’ve been sufficient since you booked less than 24 hours before your charter and it was on Thanksgiving that we took you fishing. My men had to adjust their schedules so they could take you fishing on Thanksgiving.  Unfortunately some people can never appreciate when other people go out of their way for them. Ben, if we didn’t do our job, then we deserve to not be recommended by you, but when we do everything we can to help you have a great experience which you do not disagree, it just shows that you are being insincere.

Sandi, we are sorry that your opinion of your trip was not better. I’m not sure how you can even remember how the trip was, and I think you know what I’m saying. You worked all night and were on your second round when you got on the boat. I’ll just leave it at that.
