as I stated in a reply to your email. we can’t control the bite and we got the light tackle out just to try and catch something.  we even brought live shrimp because we knew the trolling was slow and we didn’t even charge for that. the fishing booker site clearly states **hidden content** bait is $80 a dozen and is extra. I have attached a picture that a current client just took of our light tackle and it is not rusty and old. these are too of the line shimano bait runner series reels on $100.00 diawa jigging rods..yea, they may need to be serviced because we use them alot but they are top end gear.

We must allow the captains or mates child to be on the boat if they can’t find a suitable sitter for them because it does happen when their wives work. in my tech business we even provide breast feeding rooms to keep out employs able to work and balance family life.

for fishibg booker customers please know I gave this client a $100.00 refund to make up for slow fishing even though we can’t control that.

We have one of the nicest boats in the fleet and have some of the best gear of any boat in the fleet and pride ourselves on our gear even though fishing everyday for 4 to 6 months does take its toll in the gear and we are constantly rotating in gear that just was serviced so we can take our current gear and get it serviced

I have never had a complaint about our fishing tackle

We run over 250 trips a year and are still trying to get mother nature to cooperate 100% of the time! Unfortunately we did everything right including fishing in the golf stream and having live bait. My captain said we caught some fish today but some days fish just don’t bite as much as we would wish. I guess that’s why they call it fishing. We have had a lot of great days of fishing lately and we apologize for your less than stellar experience.

We run over 250 trips a year and are still trying to get mother nature to cooperate 100% of the time! Unfortunately we did everything right including fishing in the golf stream and having live bait. My captain said we caught some fish today but some days fish just don’t bite as much as we would wish. I guess that’s why they call it fishing. FYI - The same crew that serviced Alex entered two tournaments after Alex completed his charter and came in first place in both tournaments! They won $11,000 with a 52 pound wahoo that they caught in 150 feet of water but it took four hours. Total winnings were over $17,000 for the two tournaments. So Alex, we apologize that your fishing charter was not up to your expectations. Unfortunately, this time of year fishing can be hit or miss. You definitely got your 12 bait fish that you paid for. There were both goggle eye and Pilcher bait fish to allow for a variety of species that we target. You were right there when we got the bait fish and handed the fisherman your money. There are also some times when mother nature does not cooperate and as always, we will offer you a 50% discount on your next charter with us. We value everyone of our customers and want you to have the opportunity for the experience that you expect!

I am sorry you didn’t like your experience. We always have snacks and water on board and all anyone has to do is ask for the snacks. The back cooler is always full with water and we have 400 gallons of filtered water on board for drinking, showers, cooking, etc. Unfortunately we has the boat down 2 days due to a break down and your trip was the next day after we got it fixed so thinks were a slight mess after 2 days of work. A customer 3 days before your trip got sick the bathroom and broke the bathroom door and those are special hinges that take a week to come in
