Fished inshore and caught 7 black fin tuna one short bite on a wahoo rig. We went out into deeper water in hopes to hoook up with a marlin and we did. One hour fight and lots of action and landed and released a 8 foot 300 pound blue marlin. We had a great time.

great day in spite of sea conditions 4-7 We tagged a 400lb blue marlin and a 100lb white marlin Mr. Blue took 13/4 hours to tag and moved us 6+ miles from the strike. The captain worked as a great team to raise the fish and get it to the boat ,  Seven times to the double line.  We also had a wahoo and a double mahi

The Captain picked me up at the hotel dock. About 15 minutes out we hit a school of Bonita feeding close to the shore. It was non stop action for the first few hours. There were several double headers . In addition, I landed a Mahi Mahi and a 60 pound Yellow Fin tuna. This was my best 1/2 day   fishing trip ever and I have been fishing for over 60 years.
