Lake Wanaka Trout Fishing

An awesome morning on the lake with some nice rainbow trout caught on the ever popular black and gold toby.Fish were down deep so we needed all 10 colours on the lead lines as well as some of the backing line. Conditions were only average but there is still trout for lunch today.

Captain Alan was a great support in catching trout and knew where to catch. He even prepared coffees and snacka for us. We were able catch 1 rainbow fish and 3 brown fish. If you visit Queenstown area you must book this boat and catch with Alan, this will be the most exciting event during your stay on NZ.
