Had fun, only caught 4 fish, but still fun!

The captain was very nice, but He Did not use live bait as advertised, did not target any of the list of species besides one. Also, the captain was not very knowledgeable, and did not take us past the Bay we were under the impression we was going to do some inshore fishing past the beach. Also, the cushions on his boat was cracked, which got our seat of pants wet in the cold of January.the live well didnt work, he didn’t provide snacks or drinks like the website said. Also for 3 and a half hours of the trip we only had one fish… at the very last 30 minutes of the trip , We landed some white trout that we could keep, and those were very small.
I do not recommend this charter to anyone. we felt like for $450. We should’ve had a way better experience and could’ve booked with someone else for the same price. and been on a boat that had the equipment and bait options necessary to catch a lot of fish and had a captain that was knowledgeable and able to teach techniques and have good locations for fishing.

We were expecting to fish deep water. The heat and the depth hurt the fishing. The hotter it gets the deeper fish go and all we caught was catfish and sharks
