After a lot of success on some of those competitions, his friends suggested to start guiding fishing trips. He soon realized that's the best thing he could do and the rest is history.
Techniques: When Fishing with customers we use Live Natural Baits, Live Shrimp, Croaker or Mullet work best for catching Trout, Redfish and Flounder along with other abundance of fish in out bay system.

We really enjoyed our fishing trip with Capt. Jay. The forecast was against us for wind, but Jay knew just the place to keep us out of the wind. My daughter immediately caught the first keeper and biggest fish of the day, a very nice Red Drum. We were catching fish all day. Jay worked hard to help us all keep our lines in the water and stay on top of the fish all day. Hopefully we will be able to make another trip some day!

Captain Jay knows the spots. He was there ready for us with the beverages of our choice and off we went. Within an hour we had a slew of speckled trout, red fish with plenty of throwaways. Even with the weather picking up he got us to spots where we continued to catch fish until we reached our limit. I will definitely use his charter again. He was great company and highly recommend him.

WE caught Speckled Trout, Red Fish, Black Drum, Flounder, Gaft Catfish, & even Blue Crab on rod & reel.
