Sorry to hear that John! We had a killer week with sailfish plenty of wahoo and mahi as well as tuna, and the day you fished they just shut off. That’s how it goes sometimes unfortunately! And yes our west palm captain has COVID 19 so we had to put you in pompano. You fished on a $150k contender 33’ boat. So I’m not sure what your expectations were.. We do everything we can to keep our clients safe and catch fish, but safety comes first . You also were complaining from the start... More

You also were complaining from the start that we didn’t have snacks and waters for you. First of all we do not advertise that. Second this is a fishingn charter, not a luxury cruise to the Bahamas . Please adjust your expectations when going on a fishing charter

Didn’t catch any of the targeted fish so the captain put us on a few tiny fish so that we would atleast catch something. The ocean conditions were terrible that day and before the trip the receptionist called me and told me the weather would be better in the morning so I should move my trip up to the early morning instead. So I did and the truth was because they ended up booking another charter after mine. Which they wouldn’t have been able to do if I stuck to my original time. Not only that they tried to get me to upgrade my trip to an offshore trip instead of my original inshore trip knowing full well that the ocean was acting up that day. Another boat actually went out to the ocean that morning and was back in 30 minutes because the weather conditions were so bad. Also the captain doubled as the deckhand and was busy trying to control the boat most of the time so I had to constantly bait my own hook if I wanted to keep fishing. Then a line got broken off one of the poles and we had to wait for him to re-tie it while trying to control the boat at the same time. So my wife was sitting there not able to fish for almost 30 minutes. That’s why you have pre-tied rigs so when that happens you can quickly tie on a new one and get back to fishing because that’s what I’m paying for is to fish not to sit and wait on a boat. Then the captain fed the birds which attracted them to the boat so when we were supposed to be trolling a line back to shore one of the birds ended up eating the bait off the hook. So that was a missed fishing opportunity. Also because they ended up booking another charter directly after mine we had to rush back to shore so he could pick up the next suckers that booked with this company. Total time actually fishing was under 2 hours and I paid for 3. Other charters I’ve been on don’t count the time it takes to get to and from the fishing spot. They don’t start your time until your poles are in the water so they can maximize your fishing time and actually give you what you pay for. This company is about getting paid and moving on to the next sucker.

Brian. You booked us on Christmas Day. We are probably one of the only charters that worked that day. You were one of 3 trips I had bet my 4 boats. We did not move you to fit anyone . We tried to get you out in the ocean but you guys could not handle the seas . That is not our fault . The inshore fishing can be tough here . I’m sorry you had a tough day of fishing but our captain did his best on Christmas. You also booked our cheapest charter which literally states in the description that inshore is our backup plan for a nasty offshore day. The price you paid you could not rent a boat for let alone have a captain and go fishing.. Happy to get you out again at a discounted rate to get redemption but do not trash my company for things we cannot control
