Techniques: My passion is to take people of ALL skill levels offshore fishing here in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We target fish just off the beaches sometimes, and all the way out to 25 miles depending on seasons, weather, and sea conditions.

Great experience fishing with Capt Stephen! Excellent service. Knew the best areas to catch fish. This was the first time in many years on a fishing charter with my sons, and we had a fantastic time. All of us caught several fish and had a great day on the water. Capt Stephen is very personable but works hard to make sure you have a good experience. Highly recommend Bailey’s charter’s!

My daughter and I wanted catch something “fun” and have an adventure. Bailey’s Charter’s Captain Stephen helped us catch some cool photo op friends (we thru them back….just fine!) but it was a memory I’ll never forget. Beautiful boat and the captain was the best! Thanks to Bailey’s Charters for a Fantastic afternoon and memory for us both!
