Sorry you had to bad experience. I know it was a tough day for fishing. However I’ve never had anyone complain or say anything negative about the crew, I get nothing but positive feedback from people. The mate works as hard as possible to catch you fish and make sure you have a good experience.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but people in your party were getting sea sick and you all said to go in.  Not sure what else I could of done.  Also, I cut you a deal since we had to come in early.
