Had a great early June trip on the Essex River.  Stripers were blitzing in the mouth on small bait on the incoming.  Captain expertly set us on a repeated drift through the hit zone where stripers were caught on spin and fly tackle all multiple drifts resulting in a great trip for me and my son. Highly recommend the trip

Went out with my Fiance who has never caught fish. She not only learned very easily thanks to the instruction from Erik, but ended up catching 4 cod, 3 haddock, 1 hake, one whiting, and a dogfish!!! We caught a lot more than that too, and the size of the boat is perfect for a fun & intimiate ocean experience

Eric, our captain was great!  We started at the crack of dawn and had a beautiful sunrise to watch as we cruised out. We started by catching bait fish, mackerel, and had lots of fun when we found them. We then went on for the tuna. When I checked out the information on the Fishing Booker website I was Impressed with Eric’s reason for getting an early start. on July 4th, Eric got the three of us with rods in the water well before we saw any other anglers. Erik was on time and very friendly. The boat was perfect for the 2 of us aboard, Erik provided a cooler with water and we brought our dry bag for a few small snacks. Weather was beautiful, you couldn’t beat the sunrise over the marsh during our ride out to sea. We didn’t have much luck, but not for lack of trying on the Captains part.
