He fished around Narragansett Bay targeting winter Flounder and shellfish, and has since then become a USCG 100-ton Masters Licensed Captain. He presides the Rhode Island Party and Charter Boat Association and in 2016 he was appointed to represent RI on the New England Fisheries Management Council. Rick is also a Battalion Chief on the Warwick Fire Department, and a PADI certified Dive Instructor.

It one of the best trip ever and I been fishing over forty years on type of trips from Florida to New England and with Rick far the best and with Dane was great so if everyone is looking great fishing trip there the one thanks Rick and Dane
