Although the fishing was slow offshore of Boynton Beach, captain Matt was able to hook me up on a great sailfish during the morning hours. We tried for the next few hours trying a few techniques to get back in the action but the fishing slowed down quite a bit. Would recommend others to book with this outfit, great hospitality, knowledgeable and passionate captains.

Afternoon off-shore trip with Captain Matt with live bait. Clean boat. He set the bait and rods, and we relaxed in the beautiful weather. Caught a beautiful bonita fish and within 1 minute of our departure, we pulled in a glorious 82” sail fish and set it free. Other boats caught little to nothing that afternoon. Capt Matt was great! Luckily for my son and I, we found Deep Blue 2 which was perfect for the two of us. There are so many charters out there that hold 6-8 people but cost a fortune if there’s only two people. He was very affordable without having to book something sketchy with a captain that doesn’t know what he’s doing. Not the case here, Capt put us on fish in multiple ways, we even threw the kites out which was my sons first time. Would highly recommend and will .

Captain Matt is awesome. We were suppose to go off shore but the seas were too rough, so we were given the option to fish inshore. Captian Matt was personal and knowledgeable and made the entire trip a lot of fun . This was our third fishing charter and by far the kids’ favorite. We fished with Captain Matt on a semi rough sea day but still managed to have a great time and put fish in the boat. Will be coming back for a fall trip for sure!!
