- Captain Brian Garris grew up in the Wando River, where he used to fish the waters of the Lowcounty from his father’s dock. Brian has gained a vast knowledge about the local waters, as well as of Charleston Harbor, Cooper River, and Intercostal Waterway, living on the water as a child. He is a U.S.C.G. certified 50 Ton Master Captain and is one of the founders of the East Cooper Fishing Club, an organization founded to help others become better fishermen while giving back to the local community.
