Kelly was informed before her trip that something had popped up and I was unable to take her on that specific day. She was given the option to reschedule a different day, cancel, or go with another local knowledgeable captain that was available for that day. She chose to go with the captain I referred. Shortly after their trip with the captain she informed me that they had a great time and the captain was great. Kelly then went on to tell me that she felt she paid to much for the charter and was unhappy with the trip. I explained to Kelly that due to adding an additional person the day of the trip was an additional charge as listed on my Fishingbooker listing. I received no response after my explanation, but unfortunately she proceeded to leave this review.
