Booked a trip later in the week (mid-November) with Whipsaw Sport Fishing! The slip was easy to find and we we immediately greeted by Captain Mike & First Mate Ed. The boat was incredible, in great condition and check-in was straight forward and easy! Once we got through safety briefings, we headed out!

What a once in a lifetime experience! Captain Mike was a phenomenal captain and first mate ed was one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met! He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel super welcome, was happy to answer questions and was absolutely awesome tending to each persons questions, and helped everyone learn out to fish! We caught two pretty good sized Dorado! Fishing was slow most of the day but when I tell you, this crew WORKED for it. Ed was switching up baits and tactics when things weren’t working and they gave everything they had to get us on some fish! It panned out and we had an excellent time. Will be back FOR SURE! HIGHLY recommend this company for a charter!

Excellent day of fishing on the beautiful waters of the Pacific off of the Island of Oahu.  Several hits and we brought in two beautiful fish.  A Spearfish and a Mahi Mahi; total weight somewhere around 40 lbs.

It was a blustery day with rain squalls blowing through during the morning!  No complaints here, he had a blast for many reasons.  Continue reading!

Extremely professional team, knowledgeable and focused to provide the best fishing experience on the water.  I have been on numerous Charters over the years and three off of Oahu.  This was the best I had experienced anywhere I had been.

This was our first time doing a charter in Hawaii. We wanted a shared charter for this one.  The crew,  Mike and Ed, take good care of you, have great personality,  are kind and keep things organized, clean and enjoyable for everyone person on the boat. Every person caught a fish on our 8 hour trip and a few more.  Fishing isn’t always that lucky but we all had a great day. Thanks guys!

Water was perfect. The day was beautiful. The scenery was amazing! We didn’t get any fish, not even a bite. But is why it’s fishing not “catching”.
