The day started with a group of 6 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. Captain JT was quick to put us on the fish with tons of black fin tuna that we served up raw and seared when we got home. After the box was filled we went jigging on the recks for some monster amberjacks.  After we jigged for awhile we headed for the deep. We soon caught mahi mahi. The Captian and Mate were awesome! They put us on fish, taught us how to fish for the different species of fish that were biting. We had three generations on this trip and they made everyone feel welcomed. JT and DB are very experienced, I highly recommend you listen to their advice because it will make your day the most enjoyable experience.
