Hello sir. It’s very unfortunate this is the way you feel. This was the only negative comment we received all year. While we take all feedback and try to grow from it I feel this situation has a few things that needs to be addressed. First of all the trip you booked was clearly noted in the description as an inshore fishing charter. Well before the trip you messaged us about going offshore in Dec. We clearly stated that this trip would be inshore for Reds, trout, black drum etc as the listing states. Then you asked if you could bring a puppy along. We communicated with you before the trip and said that would be fine. But no where in your review did you say anything about the dog pooping on the boat! We are a very family oriented company but if you want to say we did not communicate with you during your trip we need to mention that the child screamed the entire first hour of the trip. Also when we have young children on the boat we kind of consider it a “family” trip. You all caught plenty of fish and had 6 keepers. There is slot limits we must abide by also. Also it was totally up to you for cutting the trip short an hour. This does happen when we have families on board with younger kids so we didn’t think anything about it. Our company text message that goes out the evening before your trip states that we understand the gratuity is not expected but appreciated after a successful trip. But yet you gave the 20% gratuity, brought your dog along, caught fish, 6 keepers, clean boat, communicated with you several times before your trip. So we appreciate your business but also feel this review is unfair. We hope your trip with other charter companies meets your needs in the future.

Can you give a explanation of your review? Not sure how the boat could get a 2.0 stars? From what I remember everyone else besides you on the trip caught fish. Can you please explain? I believe 20 plus fish was caught. Can you please explain your review?
