The trip was a blast, and the captain was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was awesome!! Our grandson, Drew, caught about a 4’ red snapper. It got away, but he got to see it and was thrilled!! Thanks so much for the great trip. They will be back the next time we are lucky enough to be in this magical city.

Captain Magnum was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive to all of our needs to get the most fish and enjoyment out of our trip!  We we so fortunate to have chosen him for our trip and we will certainly book him again when we return to the area!  Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember.

Captain Magnum is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind! He was excellent with my two boys. The youngest was nervous but by the end he was fishing and feeling more confident! 10/10 would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to book again on our next trip down to Destin!

The three of us had a great time in a 1/2 day trip on Southern Country Charters. Our Capt. was great and very knowledgeable on different techniques. We caught the bigger fish free casting after he saw some snapper up closer to surface. I will go again without question.

Captain Mag was the man and put us on a three man limit with ease. There were other boats in the area and nobody caught as many as we did. It’s a good time out there and he grew up locally so he will put you on some big snapper. We will be back next year!
