We were disappointed in the way the crew handled the trip. As we paid for a 4 hour excursion, we went completely straight the entire time. They said they were looking for birds and would follow those, but it was weird, when we saw birds they didn’t change the route at all. The captain had his feet kicked up next to the wheel and had cruise control on the entire time. We at least should’ve had an explanation about what was happening and that they would try another route, but we felt there was no effort to try and catch a fish at all. This turned out to be more scenic rather than a fishing trip.

This was the cleanest most comfortable boat I’ve ever been on for a fishing trip. My husband and I were impressed that the bathroom was immaculately clean and actually smelt good. The crew was very determined to help us catch fish that day. When one thing wasn’t working they changed tackle and tried differnt tactics. We went around part of the island so we were able to see the island in all of its beauty. There was only one fish caught on our 8 our trip. But It was a beautiful sword fish. The guys did a great job cleaning it. We didn’t find any bones in our fish. I would advise any anglers that you aren’t able to cook the fish at any resturant in town so make sure to have a back up plan. Overall very happy with the experience and would love to go out again with this crew. Lastly I would also recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker because the only speakers that work are up top.

We had a great time. Captain and first mate were awesome. Personable, respectable, and professional. Put us on the fish and we put them in the boat. They took care of everything from setting lines to cleaning and packing fish. Definitely would book again if we make it back out to Hawaii. They were a lot of fun to be around. Thabk you so much for an unforgettable trip.

Was a beautiful day to be out there. While neither of us in my party got any bites, not the crews fault, can’t force a fish to eat, we had a great cruise out and about the island got some fun pictures and since the fish are all communal we got to take about 3 or more lbs of Ahi home. Thanks guys!

The fishing has been slow and we knew that when we booked the trip but Captain Eric worked hard to chase the birds and try to get us bites all day long.  We had a few misses early then a nice bull dolphin was hooked up that our daughter reeled in with Shane talking her through the fight.  After a another few bites but no hook ups Captain Eric spotted another group of birds and mahi #2 was hooked up and our son did a great job guided by Shane.  Things slowed down but before we called it a day we were lucky enough to have one more hook up on a nice yellow fin that my wife made look easy reeling in.  These gentlemen definitely worked hard for us on our trip and I’m sure they will do the same for anyone who is looking for a boat to try your luck on while on the island!  Thank you Eric and Shane!
