Thank you for your reply and I guess we had a misunderstanding and I feel sorry about that.
Just to show both side of the story I will reply to your review :
1. I called you the day before the charter to advise your shuttle was confirmed(I paid for it) and that the charter will be running by our second captain.
You told me that you would disembark at 7am and finally you disembark at 8am. The taxi waited one hour and you were on the boat at 8:30am.
2. You text me that you wanted to focus on traditional fishing, so we focus on this technique and after we were running out of time to troll because you disembark late. Again it’s not our fault.
3.It’s the most efficient way of catching a fish right now, you’ll find in attachment picture of the catch the day after. It’s call fishing not catching!
4.We were running out of time, the tender was operating until 1pm between the island and the cruise ship then no more shuttle. That is why we did not troll on the way back and went fast to catch your shuttle.
By the way I was paid $800 and not $1,000.
I wish you had a better experience with us and I hope you will get a chance to comeback.

We are sorry you had a bad time with us,  this is the first time it happened.
Actually we do not understand because you caught a skipjack tuna, seen a mola mola on the surface (really rare this is the 2nd time in my life), a dozen of turtles and we made you tried a typical homemade coconut bread.
I did not promised to teach you how to cast the equipment but to show you the lures.
As I told you i’s so deep in Mo’orea we need to move to chase the fish. We were not sailing, we were trolling.
I hope you get a chance to comeback to have a better experience.
