- Captain Rick's a third-generation Florida Keys native and he has been fishing there for 30 years. He has a USCG 100-ton Master's license with Sailing Endorsement and he's a PADI scuba dive Master.He learned to fish the keys waters from his grandfather,who was a well-known backcountry fishing guide/offshore charter fishing captain. His life-long passion for the marine environment led him to become a fishing guide.He’s also a avid scuba diver, free diver, spear fisherman, windsurfer and Kiteboarder.
