I recently took my father, who has Parkinson’s, and my boys on a fishing trip with the crew of “Never Enough.” It was an unforgettable experience! The entire crew was incredibly accommodating, especially the first mate, who went above and beyond to ensure my dad’s safety and comfort throughout the trip.

Not only did we feel completely at ease, but both my boys and my dad had the thrill of hooking and reeling in fish, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. The captain’s expertise and the mate’s assistance made the trip seamless and enjoyable for all of us.

I highly recommend “It’s Never Enough” for anyone looking for a top-notch fishing adventure. Their professionalism, care, and dedication to making the trip special were evident in every moment. A huge thank you to the captain and first mate for an outstanding day on the water!

Capt and deckhand were wonderful with the kids. Trolled for some bucket list fish with us. Landed a trophy bonito and the kid favorite barracuda. Deckhand helped the kids reel. Then we stopped and bottom fished so that the kids would go home with a monster. Tagged a bull shark and released it for future study and kids got to name the shark: Greabull Guts.  Look forward to getting updates if anybody else ever catches great bull guts. A trophy fishing and a bit of marine biology research to make sure we have plenty off fishing for future generations. Great day at sea with these boys.

Captain Anthony and First Mate Dylan (sp?) were awesome!

Booking was easy. Directions were absolutely crystal clear for where to be and when, and they arrived before our scheduled time. We were on our way with no issues whatsoever. As mentioned in other reviews, the boat is maintained immaculately and in excellent condition. You can tell a lot about a person by how they maintain their equipment, and there is absolutely no concern with Captain Anthony in this regard.

Once aboard, Captain Anthony gave us some brief directions before heading up to the helm so we could get underway.

Once away from the dock, Dylan went through a bit of a safety brief and gave an overview of the equipment and how we’d be using it on our trip. He was clear and reassuring. I’ve been charter fishing before, but it was my 19yr old daughter’s first time, so I’m glad he was able to make her feel comfortable and safe.

Within 30 minutes of lines in the water, Captain Anthony hooked up a monster blue marlin! Unfortunately; once I was given the rod, I mistakenly released the drag on the reel and the fish was able to get off. It was completely my fault. All of us that saw the fish are confident it would have been a once in a lifetime fish had I landed it. It was absolutely 100% my fault. Even having the fish on was an amazing experience though, especially that quickly into the trip!

My daughter and I managed to land a trophy barracuda and really good size King Mackerel. I decided to have the Barracuda mounted. Dylan made it super easy to do! All the paperwork was done before we even got back to the dock.

We were given the option of changing strategies to target bigger fish over a sunken wreck which I decided would be best for us. I’m the only one who enjoys eating fish in my crew so I was happy with the Mackerel and was ready to go big or go home. Unfortunately we didn’t get any action but it was fantastic being out on the water with a great crew and my daughter in the Florida sunshine.

I will not look for any other charters when I come back to the Pompano Beach area. Captain Anthony and Dylan were professional, fun, and provided a safe and relaxing experience. As most of us know, it’s fishing, not catching fish, and I have no doubt that these guys can get on fish as well or better than anyone else. My advice would be to not touch the drag when given the rod.

I can’t wait for the next opportunity to go fishing with them!
