Scott, thanks for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to your standards. We would love to know why you left the review you left. You were originally scheduled for a 5hr sport fishing trip, but unfortunately the weather for that day you had booked wasn’t in your favor. So I did everything possible make sure you had a chance to go fishing.  We are not like other charter companies-other charter companies would have taken you out there and not care about your safety. So I think we did a good deed and made sure you went out on a less rough day!

You decided change your original fishing trip to a 3hr shark trip and you were notified that trip you will only target sharks, and you were okay with that. I think you stated “That is fine. Since it is later in the week we can’t do much with our catch.
When you say you have been doing good lately what are u catching.” (Those are your actual words)

I sent you multiple pictures of what we were catching on our sport fishing trip. (As you asked)
And I personally don’t think you were happy about the decision you made when you changed your booking.

We’re normally known for our exceptional charters. As you can see on other reviews! I wish you would have contacted me directly before you left your review so I could have addressed your specific concerns. We cannot help or make the fish bite. Fishing isn’t a guarantee and you were told that upon making your reservation. Maybe next time you can choose a different activity to do when you are here in Florida, I’ve never had a review or a complaint like this before
Never have I ever had someone so rude like this before even on the boat, my crew tried their best, maybe next time you will listen to me and purchase the live bait.

Our captains are not magicians!! It’s Fishing, Not Catching! Setting Customer Expectations!  In today’s online world (YouTube, Instagram and even Facebook) have resulted in hyping up the general public with the Expectations of catching all the fish in the ocean, you have to understand that those clips you watch on social media take many “edits” and many days of fishing just to catch that one fish. We have been behind the scenes ourselves. Setting realistic expectations for a fishing trip is challenging thanks to social media these days.

Jordan, please don’t forget how to tell customers how rude you were to me you needed to reschedule your fishing trip! But I made that happen. People like you are such a sad bunch. Nothing will ever make you happy.

I wish you nothing but the best and I feel really bad for any other company out there who has to deal with you

Richard I even messaged you to discuss this issue but as you said it wasn’t your place to message me but you want to write a review about what my mate was being honest about.

P.S. next time my mate won’t be up front and honest with my customers about catching fish. He will just sit there and say nothing or maybe just lie about it 😂
