Sorry we failed to catch fish this trip. As I am sure you are aware, it is fishing and not catching, but our crew will do everything in their power to get you on them. On a half day trip it can sometimes be a lot harder to entice the fiah up. I would recommend a full day trip next time.

Like I said on the day of fishing when you returned we apologize that you failed to catch a marlin, we did have multiple jumpers, multiple strikes unfortunately the fish failed to make it on the boat. I did try to offer you a free day fishing in return for the fact that it was a bad day, but you was leaving the next day, so in return I gave you a good discount on the balance that you had to pay. I do find it harsh that you put a do not recommend rating but failed to explain why or what was compensated as an acknowledgement that the fishing was slow….....

However I will say the same to you here as I did and do to everyone… it is called fishing and not catching…. we will do everything in our power to put them on the boat but sometimes even the best fails.

Like I said before you left. You do have my personal details and when you return I would like you to contact me for your FREE fishing trip as a way to make up for the bad day.

When you arrived at the vessel we asked you what you want to catch and you specifically requested marlin. That is what we chased.
Had you said you just want to catch fish we would of taken you around and caught the fish that were biting inshore.

I do agree with you. If you just want to catch fish and nothing specific please let the crew know. If you want specific we will always do our best to target them

Sorry to hear you had a bad day on the water. There is fish in the whole ocean as i am sure you are aware. The day you requested to go to the pacific side was declined for your safety and comfort as the wind, waves and current that side was very bad. We will not jeopadize the safety or comfort of the customers, crew or vessel to keep people happy.  But we do aporeciate the feed back.
