I booked this charter as a surprise gift for my fiancé. This experience was more than I imagine. Captain Jason was very patient, helpful, accommodating, and very experienced. His experience led to my fiancé, catching a goliath grouper, which gave my fiancé an experience that money can’t buy. I was nervous about going out into the ocean, however, Captain Jason took his time and made sure I was comfortable before we went in the middle of the ocean. I overcame my fear and was able to enjoy this magnificent experience with my fiancé.  Thank you Captain Jason and I highly recommend you to anyone wanting to charter in the Clearwater and Gulf of Mexico area.

We traveled to the Clearwater area from NC because our son wanted to fish in the Gulf of Mexico for his 13th birthday. We ended up having to do a nearshore trip due to it being too windy while we were there, but it still ended up being a great time! Jason was extremely knowledgeable about everything-the fish, the water, the vegetation, and more. He was patient and helped us try to unlearn some bad fishing habits we’d picked up. 😉 We were very pleased with the fish we caught and would highly recommend his services to anyone. He also gave us some great tips for local eats in the area. We look forward to planning another trip with him the next time we are in the area!

We found this fishing charter online and we were impressed with the great reviews. Now we understand why!! Captain Jason is one of the best fishing guides we have ever met. He wants to ensure you have a good time and catch fish! Jason’s easy going and engaging personality was refreshing along with his 23 years of fishing experience and knowledge of the area. He worked hard to make it an enjoyable experience for us and was kept busy constantly baiting our hooks as we caught a ton of fish! He spent almost 2 hours cleaning all of the fish we caught and was still smiling! He gave us recommendations for a local restaurant to have some of our fish cooked for dinner and it was delicious! We will definitely book a future fishing charter with Neptune and Captain Jason. Plus we want to try his homemade smoked fish dip!!

Captain Kat was fantastic! She recommended switching dates due to weather and she was correct. We did a 6 hour trip and spent time inshore until a rainstorm passed. We caught numerous Red fish inshore and a monster to limit out on red’s. Kat then drove out to the Gulf to catch grunts. Our arms were so sore caching grunts!!!! We had even a bonus shark hook up as well. Captain Kat was a pleasure and always kept us on the the fish by changing baits, or moving. She even gave us some restaurants that would cook our freshly caught fish. I highly recommend her for a trip.
