- Background
- I grew up in PA near the Great Lakes. I have had a passion for fishing since my childhood when my dad used to take my brothers and me. I was an educator for 25 years and promoted fishing through clubs at the school where I taught, educating others on fishing comes naturally to me. Tournament fished for Muskies and Walleye up north and also targeted other species including Salmon, Steelhead, Perch, Bass, Pike, Trout, and more. Being involved with the fishing industry from my early twenties, I have made many connections through my own lure manufacturing business of 15 years. My passion for fishing ultimately brought me here to Englewood, FL where I reside today and have been guiding since 2015. The saltwater diversity intrigues me to the point of never getting enough! The mystery of never knowing what you might catch drives me every day and the client memories that come along with each and every catch are priceless.
- Techniques
- I am all about diversity and using whatever ethical means to catch fish. Therefore, I have experience with multiple styles and techniques of fishing. Trolling, jigging, live baiting, casting, bottom fishing, artificials, on the fly, chumming, etc. Though we primarily live baitfish, we are prepared to use any of those tactics to fool those fish to bite!
