Captain Ricardo and first mate Christian are excellent!  Ricardo is a good coach and is patient.  He knew i wanted to check the Rooster Fish box and set out immediately to pursue the fish i wanted most.  I went 2 for 4 on the Roosters.  He did not waste time in any spot which was unproductive for more than 20-30 minutes and found the fish.  A great day, 2 Roosters, 1 large Jack, and 2 Black Tips.  We dropped at least 3 big Spanish Mackerel.

We enjoyed our family fishing trip ( kids ages 9, 12) with Ricardo on Idra 2 very much! He was a great captain, provided help when we needed it and stepped back when we didn’t. We caught barracuda and Spanish mackerel. Restaurant at the marina cooked the mackerel for us—it was delicious. I would highly recommend!

These two guys did everything possible to find the fish. There’s only a few guides out there that would do this. We started out catching bait where I helped as well. Knowledgeable and genuinely great Duo. They know the area well. See ya guys next year when we run it back again!

Ricardo and Christian are first class.  They know their stuff and work hard to find fish and teach you how to fish.  At one point Christian said “you came to catch, not fish so let’s do it”…& boy did we.  Strongly recommend these folks.
