In a word, OUTSTANDING! Why? Steven is very professional, communicates in a timely manner, is calm and patient with his customers, is organized and ready before you get there and he works tirelessly to put you on fish, then makes sure you have someone to clean and bag them when you’re done catching them. We were greeted on time, with the boat in the water, ready to go as soon as we were situated and ready. We had a short ride out in the bay to our first fishing spot, but the fish were not cooperating, so Steven wasted no time moving to find fish. We hit “the honey Hole” and the fish rodeo was on until it was time to return. We limited out right about the time we were scheduled to return to the dock, so we made excellent use of the half day trip. We were very impressed with Steven’s boat and really liked the first class rods and reels he uses. Steven was patient and helpful, making sure we had fresh bait in the strike zone at all times while we were fishing. We had the inevitable line tangles that can happen when you get three fish on the lines at once, but Steven either directed us out of the situation or untangled it quickly if we got fouled up. Steven was calm, professional and humorous throughout the trip. We have fished from Alaska to Costa Rica, but I never knew you could have so much fun fishing from a boat in a foot of water 15 minutes from the dock. I would rate this fishing trip and Captain Steven in my top three and first in “class”. We will be returning to visit our friends in Port Aransas next year and will be booking another trip with Steven for sure. We highly recommend him!

Tag out on bull red less than 30 minutes once on top of we were surrounded by other angler guides everybody catching bull reds we had 36in and two 35inch in no time flat catching 3 gauge fish20 thur 26I alway use capt steve the pass 3 years or so ,fantastic all the time

Steven is awesome and can cast across the oceans.  Was a crazy windy day but Steven found us some fish.  Great time, great boat, great day.  He even put up with one of ours.  Would definitely recommend.

Did not catch any fish. Watched captain fish by himself for first hour. Had to ask if we could fish. Never had enough poles rigged up for all people to fish. He was trying to find them and I understand you don’t catch them all the time but it’s also an experience that we did not have.

Great guide service, Steve made sure we had a great trip, got our limit on reds. We always come back every year with Steve, always a good trip. Thanks for the great guide service.
