We would like to carefully address certain aspects of your previous review in hopes that this will be taken in to consideration for future bookings.

. As we discussed prior to continuing our trip, this method will not always prove to be successful. Thus, we can not guarantee you will always catch a fish while performing this method. We must also take in to consideration the marine life below, as well as other aspects that can yet again, prove to be very unpredictable on our trip. In which we have clearly stated before continuing with our “4 HOUR TRIP” as scheduled.

The boat personnel are skilled in fishing and exemplary customer servicemen. We only provide the best services to our guests in order to allow all visitors to enjoy this aquatic sport. As you can see in the fourth picture that you have provided for this review, the captain was passionate about his work as he conversed with all guests in the boat. If you also recall, due to the seasickness of one of the members in your party, unfortunately, the trip was shortened. The offer of snorkeling in (island) was made as means to make the most out of our trip, but members of your party have declined this alternative. Thus, resulted in an early way back in which the scheduled “4 HOUR TRIP” was not completed.

As for the alleged and quote: “($505.00 USD)” charge for this trip. We would like to confirm that this information is incorrect. The total of our “4 HOUR TRIP” package is currently at: ($550.00 USD). Due to the early return and seasickness of a member from your party we have applied a ($113.46 USD) discount. Where the correct amount of your scheduled trip on July 18th, 2023 was a total of: ($436.54 USD) as shown in your e-receipt provided via e-mail.

Fishing is a sport for all ages, but it is not recommended for everyone. We do not take responsibility for children’s disinterest of the sport or other small inconveniences related to this matter as provided in the review pictures as they were directed. We apologize once again for the inconveniences that have been presented during this time that were out of crew’s control.

In all my years of fishing this is the worst review I’ve gotten. The reason of this review may be because we only caught one fish but everyone should know that is called fishing NOT catching. Since you took your time to write a bad review because we did not fish, I understand the lack of knowledge in fishing. I will take my time to respond because we always give an excellent service to all our customers, also when your crew got sick we headed back two hours before and we fixed the price of the trip (not that we had to do it but we did). Anyways thanks and I hope you have better luck fishing next time!!!!!
