Captain Lance braved some weather that other Captains wouldn’t, which we greatly appreciated. He got us on to some nice drum and we had a great time. His first mate, Murph, was top notch. Despite some heavy wind and choppy water, we caught fish and had a lot of fun. Much more so than many other boats.

Had a great time fishing with Captain Lance and Murph.  Offered options based on conditions and we saw some action.  Easy going, showed us what to do and let us “fish”.  We will definitely look up Outcast Charter next year when we are in OBX.  Would highly recommend for your next charter.

Excellent captain and great trip!  Very, very windy but we caught 2 32 inch puppy drum nonetheless!  I highly recommend this captain!

Such a fun trip with Captain Lance! He’s super knowledgeable and is great at helping you learn as you go. He made sure we were successful and is a pro at rolling with the punches. He’s friendly and personable and we so enjoyed our time with him and can’t wait to book again!

My son and I had a great time.  They were great with my son which was most important to me.  Very down to earth and informative too.  We caught plenty of drum within our two out window.  We kept some of the fish and they had them cleaned for us for a very small fee.
